At The Case Shelf, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds unless an error or damage occurred on our end.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the situation and make it right.

Please double-check your device type and shipping details before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect selections or address errors.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing for both STANDARD and ECONOMY shipping.

ECONOMY: 1-3 business days for transit time AFTER your order has been processed.

STANDARD- 2-3 business days for transit AFTER your order has been processed.

Please be aware that we only ship Monday-Thursday! We do not ship on the weekend. If you ever receive a "just shipped" notification, please allow one business day for the tracking number to update.

Tracking number will not update until your package is physically dropped off at the courier.
